Shipping/Pickup/Combine

• All orders are sent with tracking number. Fixed price and established according to the destination province.
  
  
• Pick-up possible.
  It is possible to pick up your order instead of opting for delivery. To do so, you must check the box for this purpose in the delivery section when checking out. Pick-up is by appointment, at my home, once the order has been processed. The address will be revealed to you when confirming that the order is ready. We are located in Sherbrooke, in the east near the CHUS Fleurimont.
  ATTENTION: Once the email is sent, you have 60 days to come and collect your order. After this period, a storage fee of $5 per week will be charged. To collect your order or have it sent by mail, you will have to pay the accrued fees if applicable. No order refunds will be made.
  
  
• Possible order combination
  Combines are possible. You must enter the order number with which we must combine in the comment in the shopping cart , then check COMBINE WITH ANOTHER ORDER in the delivery options. Only available for Canada.

Please note: If you combine an order with an order that has already been shipped, you will be required to pay shipping costs for your order to be sent.
